Step by Step

How Registration Works

Registration opens each season before the sale. Spots are limited, so sign up early to secure your place.

Watch for the Announcement

Follow Trendy Trades on Facebook. Registration opens are announced there first, along with the sale dates and location.

When registration opens, sign up to claim your consignor number. Each consignor receives a unique number used to identify all of their items.

Print Your Consignment Form

Download and print the official Trendy Trades Consignment Form. You'll use this to record your items and bring it with you at drop-off.

Prepare & Tag Your Items

Review the tagging instructions on the Consignor Info page. All items must be properly tagged before drop-off — no exceptions.

Pay the Drop-Off Fee

A $10 drop-off fee is collected at the time of drop-off. This fee helps cover the cost of running the sale.

Drop Off Your Items

Bring your tagged items and consignment form to the drop-off location during the designated drop-off window before the sale opens.

Shop Early as a Consignor

Registered consignors get to shop before the public sale opens — a great perk for participating!

Collect Your Earnings

After the sale, consignors receive 70% of the proceeds from their sold items. Unsold items must be picked up at the designated time.

Registration Details

Who Can Register

Anyone is welcome to register as a consignor. Registration is open to the community — no membership or prior experience required.

Drop-Off Fee

$10 drop-off fee is collected at drop-off. This is not paid at registration — it is due when you bring your items to the sale location.

Consignor Earnings

Consignors earn 70% of the sale price of each item sold. The remaining 30% supports the cost of running the sale.

Early Shopping Privilege

Registered consignors shop before the public sale opens. You get first pick of the merchandise as a thank-you for participating.

Unsold Items

Items not sold during the sale must be picked up by the consignor at the designated pick-up time. Items not retrieved may be donated.

Volunteer Opportunities

Consignors who volunteer to help with the sale earn a higher percentage and shop even earlier. Watch Facebook for volunteer sign-up details.
